Provisions under the Arkansas Health Insurance Marketplace Act. The Arkansas Health Insurance Marketplace shall implement procedures and criteria for the certification, recertification, and decertification of health benefit plans as qualified health plans in coordination with the Insurance Commissioner and in compliance with state and federal law.
