Proposes amendment to Constitution establishing a right to comprehensive, affordable, and accessible health care. This amendment to the State Constitution would provide that each person has the right to comprehensive, affordable, and accessible health care. The Legislature will be required to enact any laws that are necessary and appropriate to secure this right to health care for each person, regardless of the person’s age, sex, race, pre-existing health condition, income, economic status, or ability to pay.
