Pediatric home health care payment: This bill would require the department, on or before January 1, 2018, to establish an incentive-based, supplemental payment program, as defined, which would apply to licensed home health agencies that treat children who are receiving continuous nursing care or private duty nursing services through the Medi-Cal program.
