CREATES A STATEWIDE HEALTH INSURANCE MARKETPLACE PURSUANT TO THE FEDERAL “PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE ACT.” The board shall develop and implement a plan of operation for the marketplace, which shall include, but not be limited to, maintenance of an Internet website that provides standardized comparative information on qualified health benefits plans, information on how to obtain assistance from navigators chosen by the board pursuant to subsection k. of section 8 of this act, and information on how to obtain assistance from a licensed insurance producer for those individuals wishing to do so.
