The department of insurance must submit and publish an annual report about the workers’ compensation system, including things such as advisory organization premium rate for workers’ compensation insurance in Illinois for the previous year and the prescribed assigned risk pool premium rate, the number and types of medical claims, and the profitability of workers’ compensation insurers in Illinois.
