As introduced, enacts the “Tennessee Preexisting Conditions Protection Act.” – Amends TCA Title 56. This bill enacts the Tennessee Preexisting Conditions Protection Act, which prohibits health insurance issuers from imposing preexisting condition exclusions on insureds.
