This bill phases out the resource standard for non-Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) Medicaid eligibility groups. Non-MAGI eligibility groups include individuals eligible for Supplemental Security Income assistance; individuals 65 years of age and older who have an income at or below 100 percent of the federal poverty level; institutionalized individuals; the working disabled; individuals eligible for Medicare Shared Savings Programs; medically needy individuals; and individuals eligible for home and community-based waiver services.
