SB 349 directs every laboratory testing center or imaging center to make available its current
charge description master available on the center’s website. The measure also directs the
Department of Health to compile and publish on its website a user-friendly database of easily
understood comparative pricing information of all laboratory testing centers and imaging centers
in this state. Testing and imaging centers are required to submit information to the Department as needed for the Department to create this database.
