Relating to the contractual relationship between a pharmacist or pharmacy and a health benefit plan issuer or pharmacy benefit manager. This bill would regulate contracts between health benefit plans or pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) and pharmacists or pharmacies by prohibiting certain claim reductions, unequal reimbursements, and certain accreditation standards.
