Relating to non-compete covenants between certain health care practitioners. A BILL to amend and reenact §47-11E-1, §47-11E-2, §47-11E-3, §47-11E-4, and §47-11E-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to covenants not to compete between physicians, physician’s assistants, or advanced practice registered nurses and employers; defining terms; setting forth prohibition against contract terms; providing for enforceability of other contract terms; providing for exemptions; and setting forth an effective date.
