To: (1) Require health insurance coverage for certain screenings for mental or nervous conditions; (2) expand reporting requirements concerning the all-payer claims database and mental and behavioral health; (3) modify the Consumer Report Card on Health Insurance Carriers in Connecticut; and (4) require health carriers to comply with the Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008, P.L. 110-343.
