Pharmacy practice; revise definition of “written guideline or protocol” regarding location of delegated prescribing functions. An Act To Amend Section 73-21-73, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Definition Of “written Guideline Or Protocol” In The Pharmacy Practice Act To Delete The Requirement That A Pharmacist To Whom A Practitioner Who Has Delegated The Authority To Conduct Specific Prescribing Functions Must Perform Those Functions In An Institutional Setting Or With Individual Patients And Delete The Requirement That A Specific Protocol Agreement Be Signed And Filed On Each Patient; And For Related Purposes.
