SB 1876 directs every pharmacy benefit manager to publish a detailed report showing the total amount of rebates the pharmacy benefit manager negotiated with manufacturers, the total amount of rebates retained, and the total amount of rebates the pharmacy benefit manager negotiated for purchases of drugs by various recipients. The form of the report shall be prescribed by the Insurance Commissioner.
