Telemedicine; directing the State Department of Health to enter into certain agreement. Effective date. SB 1227 updates statutory references and directs the State Department of Health to enter into agreements with the Oklahoma Office of Rural Health to provide the Oklahoma Center for Telemedicine with assistance. The Center provides administrative oversight of telemedicine and the development of a statewide Oklahoma telemedicine network.
