Insurance; Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act; pharmacy benefits; prohibiting certain act; effective date. HB 3737 amends the Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act, adding that health insurers with pharmacy benefits failing to include any amount paid on behalf of an enrollee by another person when calculating the enrollee’s total out-of-pocket cost-sharing requirement is considered an unfair claim settlement practice.
