Provides with respect to the Louisiana Health Plan. Prior law provided for the dissolution of the Louisiana Health Plan on December 31, 2013. New law establishes a process for reactivating the Plan if necessarydue to a change to federal
law. New law provides for health and accident policy provisions, service charges, and penalties. New law provides for health insurance rejections and the Louisiana Health Insurance Plan High Risk Pool.
