AN ACT REQUIRING THE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER TO CONSIDER AFFORDABILITY AS A FACTOR IN REVIEWING INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY PREMIUM RATE FILINGS. To require the Insurance Commissioner to consider affordability as a factor in reviewing individual and group health insurance policy premium rate filings.
