AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE AND HEALTH COVERAGE OFFERED BY SMALL BUSINESSES. To require the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange to apply the advance premium tax credit for small businesses on a quarterly basis in accordance with an existing tax schedule.
