A coordinated care organization shall provide an initial health assessment on any child enrolled in the coordinated care organization who is in the custody of the Department of Human Services no later than 60 days after the date that the Oregon Health Authority notifies the coordinated care organization that the child has been taken into the department’s custody. See definition section Or. Rev. Stat. § 414.025.
