S.D. Codified Laws §§ 28-22-1 through 28-22-6: Rate-Setting for Community-Based Health and Human Services Providers – South Dakota

The Department of Social Services and the Department of Human Services jointly establish a rate-setting methodology for community providers. The department shall report any rate variance to the Governor and to the Legislature on an annual basis in conjunction with annual budget hearings.
