An enrollee, as defined in section 376.1350, may receive documents and materials from a managed care entity in printed or electronic form so long as such documents and materials are readily accessible in printed form upon request. For purposes of this section, “managed care entity” includes, but is not limited to, an HMO, preferred provider organization, point of service organization and any other managed health care delivery entity of any type or description.
