The words and phrases defined in sections 20102 to 20109 apply to all parts in this article (sections 333.20101 through 333.22260) except part 222 and have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. In addition, sections 333.1103 through 333.1108 contain general definitions and principles of construction applicable to all articles in this code.
