States that the board shall adopt rules to establish a medical fee schedule setting the fees for medical and ancillary services and produce rendered by individual health care practitioners and facilities. It must reflect the underlying methodology of the CMS resource-based relative value scale and the CMS severity-diagnosis related group system. Also states that the executive director shall update the medical fee schedule annually.
