States that an individual shall not be prohibited from rendering medical services if received under the supervision of a licensed physician. Reciept of these services do not require a physician’s supervision, unless a physical presence is necessary to provide patient care of the same quality as provided by the physician. Allows the physician to delegate such services to an employee, support staff or program graduate, when appropriate, however nothing is to be construed to apply to registered nurses. Optometry services are an exception
