Provides powers and enforcement authority of the Insurance Commissioner. The Insurance Commissioner must annually prepare and deliver a report to the Governor showing financial statements of all authorized insurers, all insurers that closed/entered liquidation, receipts/expenses of the Insurance Dept., and other info. deemed pertinent.
