Statutes provide the benefit package of the children’s health insurance program and which services may require prior authorization. Statutes also outline premium and cost sharing requirements. The office shall require the use of generic drugs in the program. See definition section Ind. Code §§ 12-17.6-1-1 through 12-17.6-1-6.
