Any policy of accident or sickness insurance delivered, issued or renewed in the commonwealth pursuant to this chapter shall provide as benefits to all insureds coverage for emergency services provided to an insured for emergency medical conditions. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit retrospective utilization review activities by a carrer or its designee with respect to screening, stabilization and post-stabilization services.
