Maryland Medical Assistance Program – Telemedicine – Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Psychiatrists. Expands telehealth coverage parity requirement to include services provided by psychiatrists and psychiatrict nurse practitioners. Makes telemedicine services by these types of providers equivalent to in-person services for the purposes of reimbursement.
