Grants to Oregon Health Authority powers to regulate financial condition of coordinated care organizations that align with powers of Department of Consumer and Business Services to regulate domestic insurers. Requires authority to convene advisory group consisting of coordinated care organization representatives to recommend standards for reconciling differences in reporting needed by authority and reporting required under National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ standards. Requires authority to make easily accessible on website and report to Legislative Assembly, specified financial information regarding coordinated care organizations and reports submitted to authority by coordinated care organizations beginning with information from 2020.
