AN ACT CONCERNING THE IMPORTATION OF PRESCRIPTION DRUGS to lower the cost of prescription drugs. Allows the Department of Consumer Protection to import prescription drugs on a wholesale basis from Canada for purposes of providing consumers with a cost saving alternative for prescription drugs.
