An Act To Amend Section 43-13-117, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Direct The Division Of Medicaid To Establish A Five-year Pilot Program To Evaluate A Provider-sponsored Health Plan As A Participant In The Managed Care Program Operated By The Division; To Provide That In Order To Qualify For Selection In The Pilot Program, A Provider-sponsored Health Plan Must Be Established And Duly Licensed By The Department Of Insurance On The Effective Date Of This Act
