States that “a person who wishes to practice telemedicine in this state shall file an application with the state medical board, together with a fee of three hundred five dollars and shall comply with sections 4776.01 to 4776.04 of the Revised Code“ and that the board may issue, without examination, a telemedicine certificate to a person who meets certain requirements.
