The State Board of Health is hereby declared to be supreme in all non-administrative health matters. It has general supervision over all matters, except for administrative matters and as otherwise provided in the Nevada Revised Statutes. It is the policy of this State to Improve the completeness and quality of data, identify barriers to participation in clinical trials, and assist in carrying out related policies.
