Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 6911. Grievance procedures: Health Maintenance Organization Act of 2003 – Oklahoma

Every health maintenance organization shall establish and maintain a grievance procedure that has been approved by the Insurance Commissioner, after consultation with the State Commissioner of Health, to provide for the resolution of grievances initiated by enrollees. Such grievance procedure shall be approved by the Insurance Commissioner within thirty (30) days of submission. The health maintenance organization shall maintain a record of grievances received since the date of its last examination of grievances.
