The State Department of Health is authorized to enter into contracts, based on the availability of funding, to promote the establishment of new facilities in Oklahoma which will qualify as federally qualified health centers (FQHC) or federally qualified look-alike community health centers, as defined by 42 U.S.C., Section 13986d(1)(2)(B).
