N.J. Rev. Stat. § 17B:27A-16. Submission of rate filings by health maintenance organization not required: Individual Health Insurance Reform – New Jersey

Notwithstanding the provisions of P.L.1973, c.337 (C.26:2J-1 et seq.) to the contrary, a health maintenance organization shall not be required to submit any rate filings with the commissioner for an individual health benefits plan that is subject to the provisions of this act, but shall be subject to the minimum loss ratio provisions of section 8 of this act.
