Establishing an insurance program for health and medical insurance coverage to be offered in counties with limited insurance providers: A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §9-2-14, relating to requiring the Insurance Commissioner to establish an insurance program for health and medical insurance coverage to be offered in counties with limited insurance providers.
