Exempting from a certificate of need obstetrics maternity and delivery services provided by an acute care hospital: A BILL to amend and reenact §16-2D-11 of the Code of West Virginia,1931, as amended, relating to exempting from the requirement of a certificate of need obstetrics maternity and delivery services provided by an acute care hospital except for a pediatric intensive care unit and a neonatal intensive care unit.
