Wyo. Stat. § 26-34-105. Powers of health maintenance organizations: The Health Maintenance Organization Act of 1995 – Wyoming

A health maintenance organization shall file notice, with adequate supporting information, with the commissioner prior to the exercise of any power granted in paragraph (a)(i), (ii) or (iv) of this section. The commissioner shall disapprove any exercise of power only if in his opinion it would substantially and adversely affect the financial soundness of the health maintenance organization and endanger its ability to meet its obligations. If the commissioner does not disapprove within forty-five (45) days from the date of the filing, it is deemed approved.
