MEDICAID MANAGED CARE PHARMACEUTICAL BENEFITS: Section 27-2-12.6 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1994, Chapter 62, Section 22) is amended to read, “The department shall exclude from the provisions of this section any pharmaceutical benefit or service.”
