Insurance; preexisting conditions; coverage: An Act amending title 20, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona revised statutes, by adding section 20 124; relating to health insurance this following language: Notwithstanding any other law, a health care insurer may not include any preexisting condition exclusions or limitations in any health plan issued in this state.
