S.D. Codified Laws § 58-17-56. Reimbursement for service rendered or supervised by qualified mental health professional: Health Insurance Policies – South Dakota

Whenever such policy or contract provides for reimbursement for any service rendered by or directly supervised by a qualified mental health professional, reimbursement for coverage shall not be denied.
