Allows the department to apply for and receive grants that support the development of technology infrastructure to support the delivery of services through telehealth, requires the department to report to the joint standing committee of the Legislature on the use of telehealth in the MaineCare program, allows the department to outreach to providers and MaineCare members about telehealth program, and specifies rules that the department must adopt.
