Allows a psychologist to delegate to an individual, administration and observation of tests and activities related to the practice of psychology when under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. Reciept of these services do not require a psychologist’s supervision, unless a physical presence is necessary to provide patient care of the same quality as provided by the psychologist. States that a psychologist that delegates activities is legally resposible for the activities of the individual.
