The Health Act: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 31 of the O.C.G.A., relating to health, so as to provide for improvements in the state’s health care system and coordination of state health related entities; to provide for legislative findings and declarations; to provide for definitions; to provide for duties and responsibilities; to provide for the creation of the Office of Health Strategy and Coordination; to provide for a director of health strategy and coordination; to provide for the creation of the Board of the Office of Health Strategy and Coordination; to amend other provisions of the O.C.G.A., so as to provide for conforming changes; to provide for a short title; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
