PERMIT HEALTH INSURERS TO COVER PHARMACIST PROVIDED BENEFITS: Notwithstanding any provision of a policy of sickness and accident insurance that is delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed in this state, whenever the policy provides for reimbursement of any service that may be legally performed by a pharmacist who holds a current, valid license under Chapter 4729. of the Revised Code, reimbursement under the policy shall not be denied to the pharmacist performing the service.
