AN ACT relating to prescription drugs; directing the Legislative Commission to appoint a committee to conduct an interim study concerning the costs of prescription drugs in this State; and providing other matters properly relating thereto. This bill directs the Legislative Commission to appoint a committee to conduct an interim study concerning the issue of the costs of prescription drugs in this State and the impact of rebates, reductions in price and other remuneration from drug manufacturers on prescription drug prices.
