MEDICAID BUY-IN ACT: Contingent upon further study as outlined in the Medicaid Buy-In Act, the department may expand Medicaid eligibility to other New Mexico residents beyond those individuals who quality for the medicaid buy-in pursuant to the provisions of Subsection A of this section.
