Short term insurance plans. Specifies certain coverage and disclosures that must be provided with respect to a short term insurance plan. Requires an insurer that issues a short term insurance plan to offer at least one plan that is subject to certain conditions in connection with health status related factors. Amends current provisions exempting short term health insurance from accident and sickness insurance policy requirements to provide for a duration of not more than 12 months, and a minimum annual benefit of at least $2,000,000.
