Wyo. Stat. § 33-26-503. Board powers and duties: Physician Assistants – Wyoming

The advisory committee shall review and make recommendations to the board regarding all matters relating to physician assistants that come before the board, including but not be limited to: scope of practice. The board shall pass upon the qualifications and ability of physicians desiring to serve as a supervising physician or back-up physician including, but not limited to, the compatibility of the supervising physician’s or back-up physician’s specialty and scope of practice with that of the physician assistant to be supervised.
